Bake at Home (BAH) Cinnamon Rolls
Want to enjoy freshly baked cinnamon buns at home? pick up a 6 pack, proof on counter overnight and bake off in the morning. What could be simpler? *BAKING INSTRUCTIONS* PLEASE ALLOW FOR AN OVERNIGHT PROOF* *Place frozen cinnamon rolls in muffin tin. *Let proof (rise on counter) 6-8-10 hours at room temperature, covered, and until doubled in size. Faster in summer, longer in winter. Refer to photo for reference. Rolls will have increased in size by approximately 60% and the very inside of the roll will have risen and be popped up! * Bake in preheated 350" F oven for 22-27 minutes. Tops will be lightly browned, bottoms gently cooked, and sugar goo will be bubbling and aromatic. * no muffin tin? Pop frozen rolls out of tulip cups and place in a buttered 8-9" round cake pan (1 in the center 5 around perimeter), let rise ( as detailed above) and bake for 25-30 minutes in 350" oven*

BAH Cinni Minis
**PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 HOURS FOR PROOFING AND BAKING**Keep one or two or a few of these in the freezer for a quick home baked treat. Remove from freezer, cut into 1 -1-1/4 ” segments, pop into greased mini muffin tins, proof at room temperature for 1-2 hours, then bake for 6-8 minutes in a 350"oven. 1 roll makes 12-14 minis.

Fresh Pizza Dough
There's a reason pizza is a beloved food. It becomes next level when you bake it yourself using our fresh pizza dough. PREP & BAKING INSTRUCTIONS *Return dough to room temperature (from fresh or frozen) This will take 2-3 hours if fresh longer if frozen (6-8 Hours) *Shape dough (use flour as necessary) keeping the bubbles in the dough, *Place on parchment, top with favorite toppings. slide on to preheated pizza stone and bake until desired doneness is reached. *Preheat pizza stone to 500'. Bake at Home (BAH) OG Pan Buns
**BAKING INSTRUCTIONS** SEE BELOW ** Allow 2-4 hours for proofing and baking** Voila, freshly baked buns! No one has to know. Soft, slightly sweet, tender crumb, like the buns your Grandma used to make. Please specify DATE in comments FOR PREORDERS. BAKING INSTRUCTIONS *Remove from freezer and let proof on counter for 2-4 hours , covered, until doubled in size. This is very temperature and humidity dependent *Brush with beaten egg and bake in preheated 375'F or 350' CONVECTION FAN for 17-25 minutes. Tops will be golden brown, bottom will have some color, remove from foil pan to cool.
