We'll explore the fundamentals of sourdough baking, teach you how to make and care for your own starter, and guide you through creating a simple sourdough loaf to bake at home. Sourdough An Introduction
Upon booking, you will receive an order confirmation email. It's your responsibility to remember the class date and time you registered for, as no credit will be issued for non-attendance, no exceptions! If you are unsure of your class schedule or did not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at info@breadlove.ca and we will assist you.
*GIFT CERTIFICATES* If you have a gift card please call or drop by to register, as the website is not set up to process these online.
Classes are single-session and are typically 2-2-1/2 hours in length. Please note that classes can run ~15 minutes over or under the allotted time. Our classes can accommodate up to 6-8 people and are a combination of demonstration and hands-on learning.
Payment in full is required at the time of registration. We do not offer refunds on classes. You may cancel your registration in a class up to 48 hours in advance and a credit will be issued towards another class. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, or fail to attend a class, there will be no credit issued, and no make-up class offered. This is a strict policy and no exceptions will be made for illness, traffic, weather or any other reason. However tickets are fully transferable, and we are always happy to welcome a friend or family member in your place.

We reserve the right to cancel a class for any reason and require a minimum of 4 people per class for a class to run. If we need to cancel a class we will reach out with alternate dates or a full refund.
